Models are printed to order. Therefore your delivery time comprises two parts, the manufacture time, and the postage time.
If you need your models by a particular date, (eg a birthday, tournament etc), then please contact us directly and we can often accommodate this.
Production times:
We usually print models and dispatch within 5 days of an order being placed, however this may take longer at busy times, if a model is a pre-order, if your order is particularly large, or requires a lot of additional work (eg customisation). Orders are also rigorously quality checked, and so may be delayed if any part needs to be re-printed. Our stated target is 10 working days.
Postage times:
Models are dispatched with Royal Mail, (or occasionally an equivalent delivery service). Please see royal mail website for estimated delivery times.
Delivery rates:
Our delivery rates are competitive and cover both our postage costs and the packaging.
To keep things simple we offer three domestic delivery rates, and three international rates:
We strongly recommend selecting a tracked and signed option for more expensive orders.
Domestic (UK):
Free domestic delivery:
Standard domestic delivery is free for orders over £30.
Standard delivery:
Royal mail 2nd class for domestic deliveries.
Priority tracked and signed:
This option will be dispatched with a priority tracked and signed service, usually delivered within 24 hours of dispatch. Please note that the models are still printed to order, so while we will do what we can to prioritise printing your order, this is not 'next day delivery'
International:
Standard delivery:
International standard delivery for overseas. (Royal mail or equivalent), please note that international standard deliveries are untracked, but is very reliable.
International tracked:
More expensive option, but includes full tracking.
International tracked and signed:
This option will be dispatched with a priority tracked and signed service. We will endeavour to prioritise printing your order to keep dispatch time to the lower end of our estimate, and will dispatch with a fully tracked and signed for delivery service.
