One of the six ruling Councilors of House Bharteth, Frangiskos, aka the Boss, is more than a little unhinged although his tactics seems to suit the underhive domes and have proven fruitful in expanding his territory. His choice in agents and pets can be a little eccentric however his control over the Fighting Pits and the Grox Milk Bars have been iron tight since their foundings.
